The Arc of Missouri and our Missouri Can't Wait initiative are about increasing awareness of an issue that gets little attention, advocating for those of us with the most pressing needs, and expanding a community that cares about the rights and dignity of people with developmental disabilities.

But it all comes down to one story - or many stories, one at a time. It's about the everyday struggles and triumphs of each individual on Missouri's waiting list for services. It's about the personal connection we can make and the real power we have to help one another.
